Zodiac Counterparts — Geomytha’s Thirteen-Stage Model

Eighteenth-century engraved zodiac chart from Johann Gabriel Doppelmayr’s celestial atlas
Historic chart of the conventional zodiac, used to distinguish the inherited form from Geomytha’s new pairings.
Conventional Reading
The IAU distinguishes the conventional twelve-sign zodiac from the Sun’s path across thirteen constellations, including Ophiuchus. Astronomical constellations have unequal boundaries and duration along the ecliptic.

Geomytha Reading

Geomytha assigns a consciousness verb to thirteen stages and proposes six corrective pairs: Aries/Ophiuchus, Taurus/Scorpio, Gemini/Sagittarius, Cancer/Capricorn, Leo/Aquarius, Virgo/Pisces. Libra serves as an unpaired weighing function across the framework.

Reading Boundary

The IAU supports the astronomical status of Ophiuchus and distinguishes constellations from the twelve-sign convention. It does not support the proposed psychological verbs, corrective pairs, Libra’s special role, a thirteen-sign traditional astrology, or causal astrological effects. Those are Geomytha’s symbolic constructions.

IAU Astronomy FAQ — Ophiuchus and the Zodiac

Authoritative source for Ophiuchus as an ecliptic constellation and the historical twelve-sign convention. It does not substantiate Geomytha’s psychological verbs, six corrective pairs, or Libra-as-measure interpretation.
